TIPS:

  • Topping suggestions sweet bowls > coconut flakes, slices fruits, hempseeds
  • Topping suggestions savoury bowls > spinach, slices of onions, hempseeds, drizzle coldpressed oil *olive, hemp, flax, sesame
  • What you can put in every bowl > chia, barley grass, spinach, kale, spirulina (it will influence the colour but adds in nutritional value)
  • Definition superfoods > All vegetable and fruit if organic are considered superfoods
  • Liquid > just a little like ¼ th cup water, vegqn milk, juice will help to keep the blender turning. Some blenders have a special tool this way you can make the substance moving.
  • Great tip!! Always check well if the lid is closed well or keep your hand on top to secure. It happened to many that the whle kitchen is splached in smoothie and it take very long to clean this.
  • Summer bowls > You can add icecubes or freeze the fruits. If your fruits are not frozen you can add 5 or more icecubes to the mix this will make the mix more creamy and fresh.
  • Winter bowls > don't use frozen fruits and check the page for winter bowls
  • Ready frozen packages. You can make bags with vegetables and or fruits mixes and this will make the whole thing so much easier. Fancey a bowl take a bag from the freezer and tput in the blender, add some powders (this you can also make mixes of) and liquid and blend.

  • So experiment with colours of smoothie bowls but also go for green bowls the colour sometimes looks not so attractive but the green is chlorophyll and this is an amazing addition. Chlorophyll is a medicine itself. 

 

  1. Off white bowl > ingredients: frozen banana slices, coconut milk cream, ¼ t stevia & ¼ t vanilla. Top with cacao nibs.

  2. Yellow sweet bowl > ingredients: frozen banana slices, ½ t curcuma, liquid, stevia. Topping.

  3. Yellow spicy bowl > ingredients: avocado, liquid, 1 T mix 3 protein powder, 1 t of 7 mushroom mix, 1- 2 t curcuma, ½ t curry powder, ½ t Himalayan salt, ½ t black pepper. Topping.

  4. Light pink bowl > ingredients: frozen banana slices, liquid, ½ T strawberry powder, ¼ t stevia. Topping.

  5. Pink sweet bowl. Watermelon chunks frozen blend add little stevia. This is best first thing in the morning not mix with other foods. See food combing rawfood charts. Topping.

  6. Fuchsia pink bowl > ingredients: frozen banana slices, liquid, ½ T – 1 T pink pitaya powder, ¼ t stevia. Topping.

  7. Spicy pink bowl > ingredients: avocado, coconut milk, 1 T mix 3 protein powder, 1 T beetroot powder, 1 t of 7 mushroom mix, 1 t curcuma, ½ – 1 t cayenne pepper, ½ t black pepper, ½ t curry powder, ½ t Himalayan salt. Topping.

  8. Orange sweet bowl > ingredients: frozen banana slices, coconut milk cream, 1 T goji berry powder, ¼ cup orange juice, ½ t orange powder, ¼ t stevia. Topping.

  9. Orange mango sweet bowl > ingredients: frozen mango cubes, coconut milk cream, 1 T goji berry powder, ¼ t stevia. Topping.

  10. Pistace green sweet bowl > ingredients: frozen banana slices, or avocado, liquid, ½ T spirulina, 1 t barley grass, ¼ t stevia. Topping.

  11. Pineapple green sweet bowl > ingredients: frozen pineapple cubes, avocado, coconut milk cream, ½ T spirulina, 1 t barley grass, ¼ t stevia. Topping.

  12. Pistache green spicy bowl > ingredients: avocado, handfull spinach and or kale leaves, liquid, ½ T spirulina, 1 t barley grass, 1/t Himalayan salt. Topping.

  13. Emeralt green spicy bowl > ingredients: avocado, liquid, 1 T spirulina, 1 t barley grass, 1 T mix 3 protein, 1 t curcuma, ½ t black- and cayenne pepper, 1 t beetroot powder, 1 t 7 mushroom powder, handfull spinach and/or kale leaves, ¼ onion, 1 T coconut oil, ½ t Himalayan salt. Topping.

  14. Light brown hazelnut sweet bowl > ingredients: frozen banana slices, or avocado, hazelnut milk cream, ½ T spirulina, 1 t vanilla, ¼ t stevia. Topping.
