BASIC PROTEIN savoury smoothie superfood bowl

  • 1 or 2 ripe avocado's
  • hand full spinach and/or kale
  • 1/4 onion, Himalayan salt
  • 1 teaspoon up to 1 table spoon of mix 3 protein with: hemp, brown rice and yellow pea
  • 1 teaspoon of: spirulina, barley grass
  • 1 teaspoon up to 1 tablesoon chia
