BASIC FRUIT vitamin smoothie superfood bowl
- take a blender put in the following ingredients:
- STRUCTURE > 2 banana's (frozen or not) OR 1 ripe avocado OR frozen fruits like organic berry
- SUPERFOODS > 1 teaspoon: spirulina powder, orange peel powder, chia seeds, barley grass powder, banana powder, baobab powder
- LIQUID > water or vegan milk, start with 2 table spoons just enough to let the mass turn in your blender
- SWEET > pinch stevia
- BLEND > Tip> make sure the lid is pressed well or press with your hand the lid whilst blending
- PUT IN BOWL > select a nice bowl
- DECORATE > with fruit slices, coconut flakes, or other topping greatness see here for options
EXTRA'S :
- green version > handfull spinach and/or kale
- chocolate version: 1 table spoon cacao
- different fruit options think mango, papaya, berries
- icecubes when you have no frozen fruits
- winter > without freezing or icecubes makes also delicious bowls

- 1/4 onion, Himalayan salt
- 1 teaspoon up to 1 table spoon of mix 3 protein with: hemp, brown rice and yellow pea
- 1 teaspoon of: spirulina, barley grass
- 1 teaspoon up to 1 tablesoon chia
