put walnuts in a glas bowl and add purified water and a dash of Himalayan salt. Let sit for minimal 4hours, sieve and rinse and add again purified water. Let sit overnight. Next day rinse and ready to use.
Milk: pout in blender with purified water and blend well. Pour trough a nut milk bag or use without straining (high speed blender such as Vitamix dont need a strainer it blends so fine)
Cool and enjoy pure or add spices and superfoods see below.
**Stevia RebA97 (Vehro.nl) is a great sweetener for liquids it is anti bacterial and is non acidic, I use it for many years and it enhances the taste and sweeten super well. Use asks for sparingly and it therefore cost effective

1. Walnut-cinnamon drink
make the milk* add cinnamon and **stevia RebA97 (Vehro.nl)
2. Chai
Step one: make the milk* add cinnamon and stevia RebA97 (Vehro.nl) or use coconut cream milk.
Step two: warm water and add the following spices: Cardamom is the most common ingredient, followed by some mixture of cinnamon, ginger, star anise and cloves. Pepper, coriander, nutmeg and fennel are also used, but they are slightly less common. Every family has a blend to suit its tastes.
Step three: strain the tea and add coconut milk or walnut milk or a mix, add stevia**
Mushroom latte
Step one: make the milk* add cinnamon and stevia RebA97 (Vehro.nl) or use coconut cream milk.
Step two: warm water and stir in: 1T cacao and 1/2 T 7 mushroom mix*** from Vehro.nl
Step three: stir milk and mushroom cacao
Step four: add 1/2 T coconut oil let it melt
Tip: you can also use honey instead of stevia
Golden milk deluxe
Step one: make the milk* add cinnamon and stevia RebA97 (Vehro.nl) or use coconut cream milk.
Step two: warm water and stir in: 1T cacao and add the following spices: 1 t tumeric - curcuma, vanilla, cardamom, anise, ginger, cardamom, black pepper, clove, ginger, nutmeg. Start with little of each and experiment to taste
Step three: stir in coconut milk
Step four: add 1/2 T coconut oil let it melt

Reishi
The power of the Reishi mushroom is due to the antioxidants, trace elements and polysaccharides. Reishi is also rich in vitamins and minerals, such as chromium, copper, selenium and boron.

Chaga
Chaga (Inonotus obliquus Fuscoporia obliqua) is the most common name (Russian: pronounce as tsjah-ga) for a fungus or mushroom from the Hymenochaetaceae family. Chaga is used and sold as a medicinal mushroom and therefore enjoys an above-average reputation among the public.
Shiitake
The Shiitake is a mushroom from China and Japan and is widely used in the kitchen there.
Shiitake has several advantages, such as being full of vitamins, potassium and magnesium. It also contains 13 g of protein per 100 g.
Maitake
The Maitake (Grifola frondosa) has a white to brown-grey colour. The mushroom has a stem with fan-shaped caps that can reach a size of four to ten centimeters. The Maitake mushroom is mainly used in Asian cuisine. After harvesting, the Maitake mushroom is processed into a fine powder.
Lion's mane /Hericium Monkey Head
The Lion's mane (Hericium erinaceus) occurs in North America, Europe and Asia. The colour of the Lion's maneagaric is white to light orange. The mushroom can have a diameter of 25 centimetres. The Lion's Mane mushroom is popular in Chinese cuisine. After harvesting, the mushroom is processed into a fine powder.
Cordyceps
Cordyceps is a mushroom species that grows in China at an altitude of 3000 to 5000 meters. After harvesting, the mushroom is processed into a fine powder.
Snow Fungus/Tremella fuciformis
The Snow Fungus occurs on dead branches. This mushroom is particularly well known in Asian cuisine. The colour of the mushroom is yellow-orange. After harvesting, the mushroom is processed into a fine powder. The mushroom contains more vitamin D than any other food source. This mushroom is also rich in antioxidants.
